I'm REALLY glad I decided to look this up. My heart was racing for a minute! I heard the message from "Natalie Martinez" about charges being filed, etc., and I'm thinking this HAS to be crooked because I've never as much been sent to the principal's office so I know there's no way this could be legit. I immediately called back, no answer, but I didn't leave a message. I called back and someone actually answered the phone and I asked her what the name of the company was and she said "Mediation Arbitration". I then asked her if it was a debt collection agency and she immediately got an attitude and asked where I heard that from. I told her I did my research online and she said, "So you believe everything you see online? We still do that in 2015? I thought by now people knew better than to believe everything they see online!" I got excited then and told her I was going to report them to the attorney general's office, but she didn't hear me because she was busy talking over me and then hung up on me! I'm reporting them RIGHT NOW.

Called about bogus debt owed by my wife before we were married. Wouldn't give info to me, though it was my work number they called.

The guy sounds foreign Asian or Indian and he says sexualt stuff like if I like sex or if I have a Vagina

Calls every day, no one on the line when I answer, does not leave a message.

He gives me my social security number and says I owe for a payday loan. Won't give me an address. Calls me several times a day at work.
